Product Description

Ultra Strip Liquefier is a next generation old floor finish remover.  It’s powerful formulation breaks up and thoroughly lifts even the most stubborn metal interlock floor finishes.  The longer it sets, the more coats of floor finish it will penetrate.  Use of a floor machine stripping pad or brush may not be needed in many cases; mop on, let set, vacuum up, and rinse well.  Available in a case of 12 quarts, by the gallon, a 5 gallon pail, or a 55 gallon drum.

 

Advantages

Ultra Strip Liquefier cuts through many layers of sealer and floor finish in minutes.  It requires only one clean water rinse to achieve complete residue removal.

 

Uses

Use Ultra Strip Liquefier to remove carnauba wax, acrylic and other polymer floor finishes, floor finish sealers, and some concrete sealers.

 

Directions

Ultra Strip Liquefier is diluted with warm or hot water as follows:

            Very Heavy Build-up:                  1 part water to 1 part this product
            Moderate Build-up:                     2 parts water to 1 part this product
            Light Build-up:                           3 to 5 parts water to 1 part this product
 

Note:  A Floor becomes very slippery when wet due to the total breakdown of the floor finish being removed.  When using this product on asphalt, vinyl asbestos, or rubber tiles, dilute at a ratio of 18 to 21 ounces per gallon of water.  Test in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.

 

Apply a liberal amount of solution to floor and let set for 5 to 7 minutes.  Due to the speed at which this product penetrates into the old finish, the surface may look as though it is drying up.  Just apply more solution and wait for the penetration and finish break-up to stop.  If necessary, agitate with floor machine pad or brush and pick up solution with wet vacuum.  Perform one cold-water rinse and let the floor dry thoroughly.  Begin applying your floor finish in thin coats.
