I would like to convey my sincerest thanks to you and your company of helpmates in making
my job as a Custodian Engineer of public school buildings in NYC so much simpler.

Simple is what I like to strive for. In the hectic life of New York's public school buildings
providing a safe clean building shouldn't be confusing. Yet, so often it is. There are many
sales persons that pass through my door with their wares of goods. All too often they either
fall short of my product need or a timely delivery, not to mention their exorbitant prices.

It was 1995 and the beginning of my second summer of cleaning for the BOE as a Custodian
Engineer when I first heard of you. I had just moved to a 156 thousand sq. ft. building. from
a 20 thousand sq. ft. building. I was as green as you get. My background is in industrial
engineering so building size was not the problem to me, however, cleaning was not my forte.

I read your catalog and thought the prices were good and decided to call. Your brother,
Joe Zanche, took my call. He answered all my questions and was unexpectedly delightful!
Joe suggested I call you. He said you were the family expert on cleaning and cleaning
procedures. Just what the doctor ordered - an expert on cleaning. Gabe, you were so easy to
talk to and approachable, I knew I finally had an ally. You introduced me to your telephone
school "The Art of Cleaning". I was getting a working knowledge on cleaning and what I
needed. With your years of experience and instruction I could confidently expedite any
assignment that the Board of Ed had for me.

I bounce from school building to school building, sometimes as many as four a year.
Opening and closing books is a lot of work, so when it comes to cleaning, I need quality that
I can rely on.

The products are quality products and they are simple to use. My school buildings look
beautiful before I leave them, which makes me very proud.

The truth is, when you have a toothache you go to the dentist. When you need to clean a building
is a safe , easy and cost effective way, you go to Gabe Zanche. Simple! I feel I hit home run
on Gabriel First. A friend that will guide me in the right path.
