Beginning with one of my first calls to your company, I felt that something was different
about how Gabriel does business; you Gabe, the president, took my call when I asked
for the sales department. I remember asking you if you were the Gabe in Gabriel, and
you answered “yes”. Sensing my hesitation, you went on to say that if a company
leader expects his or her company to serve customers effectively, the leader must have
continuous interaction with customers.

The interesting part of my first conversation with you was not how quickly you moved
my thoughts from the one or two problems for which I called Gabriel looking for a
“magic product” solution, but how you helped me identify the real problems and
obstacles facing my department.

Today, my department functions like it’s in a different world. We look at improvement as
a team challenge, and the entire staff finds that improvement is exciting. Gabriel has
given us a way to make good things happen. Better yet, the good things are happening
for the lowest costs ever!

Gabe, your products are the best we have ever used. Your organization’s concept of
blending product, education, training, and old fashioned caring about people is
something everyone needs to experience. Your leadership is certainly working; every
Gabriel employee I have encountered has had your spirit of doing what is right for me.
